I am an audiology doctoral student in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. I was born and raised in Iowa. I hold an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Iowa State University, with a public health focus and a minor in Emerging Global Disease.  Outside of school, I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, cooking, and family time. Reading and writing have been lifelong passions for me, and I am excited to work with students to reach their writing goals!
